With the only sound coming from the rustling of neighbouring orange trees, the Vista Sol is great for guests wanting to escape bustling resorts without being isolated. Accessed along a short unsurfaced track from a main road, it has a delightfully secluded feel complemented by a large garden and spectacular views over nearby mountains and farmland. The main entrance is marked by an ornamental arch draped in colourful flowers and inside, you will find a homely and light sitting-dining room furnished in pine and boasting exposed wooden ceiling beams. The farmhouse theme continues into the kitchen, which combines marble-effect worktops with natural pine fittings and a good range of appliances, and the bedrooms offer air-conditioning for added comfort in summer. From the sitting room, patio doors link to the well-maintained lawns which in turn, melt into the superb country panoramas. The pool takes a central position within the lawns and the air is infused with scent from the adjoining orange grove, from which you can help yourself to fruit. Conifers flank the facing side to enhance your privacy, and beyond the pool, a separate outhouse offers a barbecue and lovely shaded dining terrace. Despite its secluded setting, the villa is great for enjoying Pollensa, which lies just a few hundred metres down the road.
